Duties: Procure items as per list and finance provided.

Food / Drinks Pickup

Volunteer Needed – 2

Time: Before 3:00 PM

Duties: Procure/pickup items as per list and bring it to venue.

Moving items

Volunteer Needed – 2

Time: Before 4:00 PM

Duties: Move various items from different local locations to venue.

Lights

Volunteer Needed – 3

Time:

Duties: Decorate the venue and around with lights and remove it after the function.

Decoration

Volunteer Needed – 3

Time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Duties: Decorate the venue and around.

General Setup

Volunteers Needed: 6

Time: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Duties: Sitting arrangements, Table setup for food.

Admission Booth

Volunteers Needed: 2

Time: 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Duties: Issue tickets and collect money.

Ticket checking

Volunteers Needed: 2

Time: 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM

Duties: Check tickets for entry and re-entry.

Pujan Setup

Volunteers Needed: 2

Time: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Duties: Setup pujan and make sure puja is performed appropriately.

Snacks Distribution

Volunteers Needed: 2

Time: 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM

Duties: Distribute snacks

Stage Setup

Volunteers Needed: 2

Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Duties: Set and decorate the stage.

Stage Management (Back Stage)

Volunteers Needed: 2

Time: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Duties: Make sure that participant of are lined up before their item.

Food Distribution

Volunteers Needed: 10

Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Duties: Distribute food and work with food tech.

Participant’s Helper

Volunteers Needed: 4

Time: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Duties: Help participants get ready (makup, cosutume help etc.)

Audio / Visual setup and Operation

Volunteers Needed: 2

Time: 4:30 PM – 09:30 PM

Duties: Setup Microphones, speakers, Plasma TV operation etc.

Cleaning & Supervision

Volunteers Needed: 6

Time: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Duties: Ensure that the area is reasonably clean; before, during and after the event.

Photography / Video

Time: 04:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Volunteers Needed: 6

Duties: Take pictures (please bring your digital SLR) and Movie of the event and hand it over to Ravi / Sachi Chhabra

Diya and Sparklers supervision

Volunteer Needed - 6

Time: 05:00 PM - 07:00 PM and 09:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Duties: Ensure the safety of kids and Adults during the event.
